1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tamaton's website and related services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Beta Platform

Tamaton is a beta platform and prototype. The Services are provided on an “as-is” basis with no guarantees of availability, reliability, or completeness. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

There is no support agreement, service-level agreement (SLA), or guarantee of response to any inquiry. Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use the Services to transmit malware or engage in illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Tamaton systems or other users' accounts
• Resell or redistribute the Services without our written permission

6. Local and Cloud Processing

Tamaton processes commands locally on your device by default. Certain commands may be routed to cloud-based models for enhanced processing. By using cloud-augmented features, you acknowledge that command content will be transmitted to and processed by our cloud infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, and graphics, are owned by Tamaton and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or authorized business purposes.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are described on our Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

As a beta platform, the Services may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. No support, maintenance, or uptime commitment is provided. Any use of the Services is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamaton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
