Stood up the marketing site on Next.js 15. Added the waitlist signup flow backed by Supabase Postgres, built the style guide around the Tamaton red brand, and published placeholder pages for every planned route.

Brand identity finalized
Locked in the Tamaton logo, primary red palette, and the surface/grey accent scale. Created a formal style guide with light and dark mode token mappings.
Initial concept & research
Defined the core product thesis: a lightweight OS with AI at the center. Documented design principles, the local-first + cloud-augmented architecture, and the voice/chat interaction model in PURPOSE.md.
